IAM Integrations

Identity and Access Management (IAM) integrations allow Uproot to connect with your identity provider to understand how users, roles, and permissions are managed across your organization. These integrations help map access controls to compliance requirements by providing visibility into user accounts, privileges, and security configurations.

Available IAM Integrations in Uproot

Uproot currently supports integration with the following IAM providers. These integrations allow you to connect identity systems and align access management with security and compliance controls.

1. Google (Workspace IAM)

Connect Google Workspace to reference user identities, roles, and administrative access used across your organization.

How to Enable the Google IAM Integration

Follow the steps below to connect your Google Workspace account with Uproot using the Uproot platform integration.

1. Make sure you have access to Google Workspace Administration.
2. Click Connect Google on the Google IAM integration card.
3. Sign in to your Google account if you are not already logged in.
4. Select all the listed scopes during the authorization flow.
5. Authorize access to UprootSecurity to complete the connection.
   

Once the integration is enabled, Uproot will begin referencing Google Workspace identity and access data to detect compliance and access-related risks.
